Pre-Order Policy

Our products are offered on a made-to-order and pre-order basis to ensure each unit is crafted with intention, care, and quality. Please review the following information before placing your order.

Please read the following before placing your pre-order:

1. Production Timeline

Custom Wigs (Made-to-Order)
All custom wigs require up to 15 business days for production.

This timeline includes:

• Hair sourcing and vendor processing

• Shipping to our studio

• Wig construction

• Styling and finishing

Hair Extensions (Pre-Order)
Pre-order hair extensions typically require 7–15 business days for processing and arrival, depending on availability and vendor lead times.

Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
Shipping to the client is calculated separately after production is complete.

2. Payment:

Full payment is required at checkout to begin production.

All made-to-order wigs and pre-order hair extensions are final sale. Due to the custom nature of these products, orders are non-refundable and non-transferable once placed.

3. Order Updates:

You will receive email updates throughout the production process.
Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be sent to the email provided at checkout.

4. Customization Requests:

Customization requests (cap size, lace tint, density preferences, etc.) must be entered in the order notes at checkout or emailed immediately after placing your order.

Please note:
Additional or late customization requests may affect production timelines.

5. Cancellations:

Because all made-to-order wigs and pre-order hair extensions are custom-sourced and handcrafted:

• Orders cannot be canceled or modified once production has begun

• Please review all selections carefully before submitting your order
