Pre-Order Policy

Our pre-order wigs are made-to-order, offering you access to exclusive styles that are not currently in stock but handcrafted just for you.

Please read the following before placing your pre-order:

1. Processing Time:
Pre-order wigs typically take 10–21 business days to be made and shipped, depending on the style, length, and customization requested.

Pre-order hair extensions typically take 7–15 business days to arrive, depending on availability, sourcing, and vendor processing times. This does not include weekends or holidays.

This timeline does not include weekends or holidays.

2. Payment:
Full payment is required at checkout to begin production. Pre-orders are custom-made and final sale, meaning they are non-refundable and non-transferable once the order is placed.

3. Order Updates:
You will receive email updates throughout the production process. Once your wig has shipped, tracking information will be sent to you.

4. Customization Requests:
If you have special requests (cap size, lace tint, etc.), please include them in the notes at checkout or email us immediately after placing your order. Minor adjustments may affect turnaround time.

5. Cancellations:
Due to the custom nature of our pre-order wigs, cancellations are not permitted once production has begun. As for hair extensions, because your order is custom-sourced, no changes or cancellations can be made once the order is submitted. Please review your selection carefully before confirming.
