We are based in Miami, Florida, and offer local appointments for installs, sew-ins, and natural hair services.

Is 31 Luxe Hair faith-based?
Yes — our brand is inspired by Proverbs 31. We believe in honoring God through excellence, creativity, and service. Every crown we touch is a reflection of that purpose.

WIGS & EXTENSIONS

What type of hair do you offer?
We specialize in premium Raw Indonesian and Virgin Hair, including bundles, closures, and glueless-ready wigs constructed with HD lace.

What closure sizes do you offer?

  • 5x5 and 6x6 closures: Versatile parting with a natural finish

  • 2x6 closures: A sleek, low-maintenance option ideal for middle parts

We focus primarily on 5x5, 6x6, and 2x6 closures to ensure consistent quality and wearability.

Are your wigs glueless?
Yes. All of our wigs are designed for glue-free installs, secured with an elastic band for a comfortable, natural fit and easy on-and-off wear.

Can the hair be colored or bleached?
Yes. Our raw hair can be professionally colored or bleached. To preserve longevity and integrity, we recommend all chemical services be performed by a licensed professional.

CUSTOM WIG ORDERS

How long does it take to receive a custom wig?
Custom wigs are made to order. Please allow up to 15 business days for production before shipping. This timeframe does not include weekends, holidays, or shipping transit time.

Do you offer rush services?
Limited rush services may be available depending on workload and customization. Rush availability and pricing must be confirmed before placing your order.

Do you make wigs with outside hair?
Yes. We offer BYOB (Bring Your Own Bundles) services for clients who already have high-quality hair. All outside hair must meet our quality standards to ensure optimal results.

BOOKINGS & APPOINTMENTS

Do I have to use 31 Luxe Hair for installs?
For best results, we recommend using 31 Luxe Hair. Outside hair may be accepted for select services but must meet quality requirements.

How do I book an appointment?
Appointments can be booked through our Acuity scheduling system:

  • Via the Book Appointment button on our website

  • Through the Book Install section on the homepage

Simply select your service, date, and time to secure your appointment.

Do you offer consultations?
Yes. We offer both virtual and in-person consultations for custom wig builds, install prep, and service recommendations.

Orders, Shipping & Policies

Are your wigs ready-to-ship or made-to-order?
Most of our wigs and hair extensions are made-to-order. This allows us to maintain quality, customization, and consistency.

How long does shipping take?
Once production is complete, domestic shipping typically takes 2–4 business days via USPS or UPS. Tracking information is emailed once your order ships.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final. Orders cannot be modified, canceled, or refunded once placed.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?
No. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations.

What if there is an issue with my order?
If you experience an issue, please contact info@31luxehair.com within 48 hours of delivery so we can assist you.

Is shipping insured?
We recommend adding Route Package Protection at checkout for coverage against lost or stolen packages. Once a package is scanned by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the shipping provider.
