31 Luxe Hair is a luxury, faith-rooted hair brand specializing in glueless installs, custom wigs, and raw extensions. We offer both salon services and high-quality products designed to protect and enhance your natural crown.

Where are you located?
We are based in Miami, Florida, and offer local appointments for installs, sew-ins, and natural hair services.

Is 31 Luxe Hair faith-based?
Yes — our brand is inspired by Proverbs 31. We believe in honoring God through excellence, creativity, and service. Every crown we touch is a reflection of that purpose.


WIGS & EXTENSIONS

What type of hair do you sell?
We offer premium Raw Indonesian and Virgin Hair Bundles, closures, frontals, and glueless-ready wigs made with HD lace.

What’s the difference between 5x5, 6x6, and 2x6 closures?

  • 5x5/6x6: Offers more lace space for natural-looking parts
  • 2x6: A sleek, narrow part ideal for deep middle parts with minimal maintenance

Are your wigs glueless?
Yes! All of our wigs are designed to be installed without glue using a secure fit, and a elastic band. They’re perfect for easy on/off wear.

Can I color or bleach the hair?
Yes, all our raw hair can be bleached and colored. We recommend having color work done by a licensed professional to maintain hair integrity.


CUSTOM WIG ORDERS

Can I build my own custom wig?
Yes! Visit our “Build Your Own Wig” page to choose your desired closure, bundle lengths, texture, and add-ons. We’ll bring your vision to life.

How long do custom wigs take to complete?
Please allow 14–21 business days for processing, as each unit is custom-made with care. This timeframe does not include weekends or the date of purchase. Rush services may be available upon request.

Do you make wigs with outside hair?
Yes — we offer BYOB (Bring Your Own Bundles) services for clients who already have their own high-quality hair. You can book this service directly through our website under the Wig Services section. Please note: all outside hair must meet our quality standards to ensure a flawless final result.


BOOKINGS & APPOINTMENTS

Do I have to use your hair for installs?
For best results, we strongly recommend using 31 Luxe Hair. Outside hair is accepted for select services but must meet quality requirements.

How do I book an appointment? 

All bookings can be made through our Acuity booking site, which is accessible in multiple places on our website:

  • The “Book Install” section on the homepage
  • The “Book Appointment” link in the main menu
  • Or directly under the “Book Now” tab

Simply select your desired service, choose your date, and follow the prompts to secure your spot.

Do you offer consultations?
Yes — we offer both virtual and in-person consultations for custom wig builds and install prep.

Wigs and Hair Extensions

Ready-to-Ship Wigs

Processing time is 3–5 business days, not including the day your order was placed. In most cases, orders ship sooner. Once processed, shipping takes approximately 2–4 business days via USPS or UPS.

Pre-Order Wigs (Made to Order)

Please allow 14–21 business days for processing, as each unit is custom-made with care. This timeframe does not include weekends or the date of purchase.

If you need a faster turnaround, please shop from our Ready-to-Ship collection.

Note: Once your order is placed, it cannot be modified or changed.

Pre-Order Hair Extensions

Pre-orders allow you to secure hair extensions that are currently not in stock but available for made-to-order fulfillment. Please review the following policy before placing your pre-order:

Pre-order hair extensions typically take 7–15 business days to arrive, depending on availability, sourcing, and vendor processing times. This does not include weekends or holidays.

Because your order is custom-sourced, no changes or cancellations can be made once the order is submitted. Please review your selection carefully before confirming.


SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping Confirmation

Once your order is ready to ship, you’ll receive an email with tracking details. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking activity to update.

How long does shipping take?
Processing time for raw bundles and lace is 3–5 business days, and shipping typically takes 2–4 business days via USPS or UPS.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns, cancellations, or exchanges.

Once your package has been scanned by the shipping carrier, we are no longer responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed shipments. For shipping-related concerns, please contact USPS or UPS directly using your tracking number.

Shipping Insurance:

To protect your purchase, we recommend adding Route Package Protection at checkout. This allows you to file claims for lost or stolen packages.

Do you accept returns?
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. Please review your order carefully before checkout.

What if I have an issue with my order?
