How Ordering Works

At 31 Luxe Hair, every order is handled with intention, care, and attention to detail. Please review the information below to understand how our ordering and production process works.

Step 1: Choose Your Product

Select the product that best fits your needs:

  • Custom Wigs (Made-to-Order)
    Handcrafted units created specifically for you after purchase.

  • Hair Extensions (Bundles & Lace)
    Available as in-stock or pre-order items, depending on availability.

Each product listing will clearly state whether the item is made-to-order or pre-order.

Step 2: Place Your Order

All orders must be placed through our website.

  • Full payment is required at checkout to begin production

  • All made-to-order and pre-order items are final sale

  • Please review product details carefully before confirming your order

Once your order is submitted, production begins.

Step 3: Production Timeline

Custom Wigs (Made-to-Order)

Please allow up to 15 business days for production.

This timeline includes:

  • Hair sourcing and vendor processing

  • Shipping to our studio

  • Custom wig construction

  • Styling and finishing

Hair Extensions (Pre-Order)

Pre-order hair extensions typically require 7–15 business days for processing and arrival to our studio, depending on availability and vendor lead times.

Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

Step 4: Order Updates

You will receive email updates throughout the production process.

Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be sent to the email provided at checkout.

Step 5: Shipping or Salon Pickup

  • Domestic shipping typically takes 2–4 business days via USPS or UPS after production is complete

  • Shipping timelines are separate from production timelines

  • Local clients may select salon pickup if available

Booking a Service (Installs & Wig Services)

Hair purchases and salon services are booked separately.

If you are booking an install or wig service:

  • Hair must be purchased prior to your appointment

  • Appointments can be booked through our online scheduling system

Please ensure your hair has arrived or your wig is complete before selecting an appointment date.

Rush Orders

Limited rush production may be available for an additional fee and must be approved before placing your order. Availability depends on customization and current workload.

Important Notes

  • All made-to-order wigs and pre-order hair extensions are final sale

  • Orders cannot be modified or canceled once placed

  • Production timelines are estimates and may vary slightly during high-volume periods
