How Ordering Works

HOW ORDERING WORKS

At 31 Luxe Hair, every order is handled with intention, care, and attention to detail. Our process is designed to provide a seamless luxury experience from checkout to delivery.

STEP 1 — CHOOSE YOUR PRODUCT

Select the product that best fits your needs.

Ready-to-Ship Wigs
These wigs are completed and currently in stock. Ready-to-ship orders typically require 24–72 hours for processing before shipment or local pickup availability.

Made-to-Order & Pre-Order Wigs
Wigs not labeled “Ready to Ship” are custom-made specifically for your order and require production time prior to shipment.

Hair Extensions
In-stock hair extensions will display “Add to Cart.”

If a texture or length is temporarily unavailable, the product will display “Available for Pre-Order,” meaning the item will be sourced specifically for your order.

STEP 2 — PLACE YOUR ORDER

All orders must be placed directly through our website.

Depending on the product, eligible orders may offer:

• Full payment
• Partial payment/deposit option

Please note:

Flexible payment providers such as Klarna, Shop Pay Installments, Sezzle, and Affirm are only available on fully paid orders.

Deposit orders are not eligible for buy-now-pay-later payment providers.

Once your order is submitted, processing and/or production begins.

STEP 3 — PRODUCTION & PROCESSING

Custom Wigs (Made-to-Order)
Please allow up to 15 business days for production.

This timeline may include:

• Hair sourcing and vendor processing
• Shipping to our studio
• Wig construction and customization
• Styling and final preparation

Hair Extensions (Pre-Order)
Pre-order hair extensions typically require 7–15 business days for processing and arrival to our studio, depending on vendor availability and lead times.

Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

STEP 4 — ORDER UPDATES

You will receive email updates throughout the production process.

Once your order has shipped, tracking information will automatically be sent to the email provided at checkout.

STEP 5 — SHIPPING OR LOCAL PICKUP

Shipping
Domestic shipping typically takes 2–4 business days via USPS or UPS after production has been completed.

Please note that shipping timelines are separate from production timelines.

Local Pickup
Local clients may select pickup at checkout when available.

Pickup instructions will be emailed once the order is ready. Please wait for confirmation before arriving for pickup.

BOOKING A SERVICE

Hair purchases and salon services are booked separately.

If you are booking an install or wig service:

• Hair must be purchased prior to your appointment
• Appointments must be booked separately through our scheduling system
• Please ensure your hair has arrived or your wig is completed before selecting an appointment date

RUSH ORDERS

Limited rush production may be available for an additional fee and must be approved prior to placing your order.

Availability depends on customization requests and current production volume.

IMPORTANT NOTES

• All made-to-order wigs and pre-order hair extensions are final sale
• Orders cannot be canceled or modified once production has begun
• Production timelines are estimates and may vary slightly during launches, holidays, or high-volume periods
