STORE POLICIES & PRE-ORDER INFORMATION

Thank you for shopping with 31 Luxe Hair. Please review the following policies carefully before placing your order.

ORDER PROCESSING

All orders are processed in the order they are received. Please review all product descriptions, production timelines, and shipping estimates carefully before placing your order.

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified, canceled, or refunded.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY & PRE-ORDERS

At 31 Luxe Hair, products may be offered as ready-to-ship, made-to-order, or pre-order items depending on availability.

Ready-to-Ship Wigs
Wigs labeled “Ready to Ship” are currently in stock and will ship within our standard processing timeframe.

Made-to-Order & Pre-Order Wigs
Any wig not labeled “Ready to Ship” is considered a made-to-order/pre-order item and requires production time prior to shipment.

Hair Extensions
Hair extension products that are currently available will display “Add to Cart.”

If a texture or length is temporarily unavailable, the product will display “Available for Pre-Order,” meaning the item will be sourced specifically for your order.

READY-TO-SHIP & IN-STOCK ORDERS

Ready-to-ship wigs and in-stock hair extension orders typically require 24–72 hours for processing prior to shipment or local pickup availability.

Once your order has been prepared:

• Shipping orders will be dispatched within 24–72 hours
• Local pickup orders will receive pickup instructions via email once the order is ready

Please note:
Processing times may vary during launches, sales, holidays, or periods of high order volume.

PRODUCTION TIMELINES

Custom Wigs (Made-to-Order)
Please allow up to 15 business days for production prior to shipment.

Production timelines may include:

• Hair sourcing and vendor processing
• Shipping to our studio
• Wig construction and customization
• Styling and final preparation

Hair Extensions (Pre-Order)
Pre-order hair extensions typically require 7–15 business days for processing and arrival to our studio, depending on vendor availability and lead times.

Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

Shipping timelines begin once production has been completed.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

We accept all major debit and credit cards, Shop Pay, and approved buy-now-pay-later services including Klarna, Sezzle, and Affirm (subject to approval at checkout).

Eligible pre-order items may also offer a partial payment/deposit option.

Please note:

• Buy-now-pay-later services such as Klarna, Shop Pay Installments, Sezzle, and Affirm are only available for fully paid orders
• These payment methods are not available for deposit or partial payment orders
• Orders placed using a deposit option must have the remaining balance paid in full before shipment or release

CUSTOMIZATION REQUESTS

Customization requests such as cap size, lace tint, density preferences, or styling notes must be submitted at checkout or immediately after placing your order.

Late customization requests may affect production timelines and cannot always be accommodated once production has begun.

SHIPPING & LOCAL PICKUP

Domestic shipping typically takes 2–4 business days via USPS or UPS after production has been completed.

Tracking information will be emailed once your order ships. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates.

31 Luxe Hair is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged packages once they have been transferred to the shipping carrier.

LOCAL PICKUP

Local pickup is available for eligible orders.

Clients selecting local pickup at checkout will receive an email notification with pickup instructions once their order is ready.

Please do not arrive for pickup until confirmation has been sent.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Due to the custom and hygienic nature of our products, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, cancellations, or order modifications once production has begun.

Please review all order details carefully before submitting your order.

If you experience an issue with your order, please contact info@31luxehair.com within 48 hours of delivery.

QUALITY & AUTHENTICITY

All products are carefully inspected prior to shipment.

Please note that raw hair may display slight variations in texture, wave pattern, or color. These variations are normal and reflect the authenticity of raw hair. They do not constitute defects.

ORDER UPDATES

Clients will receive email updates throughout the production process.

Tracking information will be sent once the order has shipped.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING 

We currently do not offer international shipping.
