Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified, canceled, or refunded.

SHIPPING POLICY

Custom Wigs (Made-to-Order)
Please allow up to 15 business days for production before shipment.

Hair Extensions (Pre-Order)
Pre-order hair extensions typically require 7–15 business days for processing and arrival to our studio before shipping.

Shipping timelines begin after production is complete.

Domestic shipping typically takes 2–4 business days via USPS or UPS.
Tracking information will be emailed once your order ships. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

31 Luxe Hair is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once the shipment has been transferred to the carrier.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, cancellations, or order modifications once an order has been placed.

Please review all order details carefully before completing checkout.

If you experience an issue with your order, please contact info@31luxehair.com within 48 hours of delivery.

QUALITY & VERIFICATION

All products are carefully inspected prior to shipment.

Please note:

Raw hair may display slight texture, wave, or color variations. These variations are normal and part of the authenticity of raw hair

Such variations do not constitute defects.

PAYMENTS

We accept all major debit and credit cards, Shop Pay, and approved buy-now-pay-later options including Klarna, Sezzle, and Affirm (subject to approval at checkout).

Full payment (or installment plan approval) is required before any orders are processed or services are booked.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING 

We currently do not offer international shipping.
