Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified, cancelled, or refunded.
SHIPPING POLICY
Processing time for:

Ready-to-Ship Wigs: 3–5 business days

Pre-Order Wigs: 14–21 business days (custom made to order)
Shipping takes 2–4 business days via USPS or UPS. Tracking numbers are emailed once your order ships. Please allow 24 hours for tracking activity to update.
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed shipments once the carrier receives the package.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.
No returns, exchanges, or cancellations are accepted.
Please ensure all order details are correct before completing checkout. For any concerns, email us at info@31luxehair.com within 48 hours of delivery.
QUALITY & VERIFICATION
All products are carefully inspected before shipping. For custom wigs, closures, or bundles, please note that raw hair may have slight texture variations, which is normal and expected.
PAYMENTS
We accept all major debit and credit cards, Shop Pay, and popular buy now, pay later services including Klarna, Sezzle, and Affirm (subject to approval at checkout).
Full payment must be received (or installment plan approved) before any orders are processed or services are booked.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We currently do not offer international shipping.
